Sam has spent a majority of his professional career in the entertainment, technology, and social good fields. Sam currently serves as a strategic advisor to innovative companies such as Justin Timberlake's new audio company Aftermaster, Biobeats, and Shimmur.
In 2013, Sam co-founded Rallysong, a company using technology, strategy, and partnerships to help large scale musicians more effectively raise funds and awareness for world changing causes.
Prior to co-founding Rallysong, Sam was on the early team as the Director of Artist Relations for BandPage (Leading provider of easy-to-use tools to help musicians showcase and manage their music, photos, shows, etc. anywhere they are online).
Sam led the charge to adopt over 500,000 bands/artists/musicians to the BandPage platform and focused on providing meaningful value by strategizing digital campaigns for some of the largest musicians in the business.
Sam has also worked in collaborative promotion with NBC Sports, All-American Rejects, Jay-Z, AT&T, Skullcandy and has produced/promoted successful events including: the The Fray, OneRepublic, Paramore, 311, Dashboard Confessional, Third Eye Blind, Neon Trees, Imagine Dragons,Jimmy Eat World, Porter Robinson, Wu Tang Clan, and Snoop Dogg. Perhaps one of his greatest feats is bringing together old school legends MC Hammer and Vanilla Ice for an epic one night show in Utah. Sam also founded the Candlelight Serenade Acoustic Festival and has been producing events at Sundance Film Festival since 2004 including some of the largest mansion parties as well as meaningful events on Main Street including the Skullcandy/BandPage compound, The Collective, and the Everest Mansion.
